I had the pleasure of working with Mustapha. He was very diligent about our needs that helped us make the right choice as first time home buyers. He went above and beyond for us during showings and helped us identify flaws in the home. Due to limitations on my travel, homes had to be viewed virtually through facetime, and with at most confidence in his judgment, I got my house as expected. All the closing procedure was online with him handling the legwork for me and I physically saw the house on a moving day. He also helped me move in and followed up with me after that day to check if everything was going as I had expected. I am more than happy with my purchase thanks to Mustapha. Highly recommended! I'd like to say Mustapha was very accommodating through the almost year of house hunting! He housed much knowledge of many areas in and around the city. Was extremely patient, accommodating with showing times and ridiculous time restraints. We personally started our journey of house hunting prior to the pandemic occuring, and although some modified attire was needed for viewings during the pandemic, Mustapha's character remained the same! I'll say at times I wanted to give up, due to the bidding wars, the insane pricing for houses that needed desperate repair before moving in could occur. The ridiculous waves of emotions from being outbid insane amounts, and searching from one end of Essex county to the other and a few in-between. Mustapha ultimately was the one to reassure there was a place for our family! In the end we found our forever home, literally hours prior to closing, under asking price, with conditions, and moving the closing date to a sooner date!
